Our Market
At present, our clients are approximately 30% each from German speaking countries, BENELUX countries and Great Britain. The remaining 10% come from the rest of the world. Our firm particularly serves clients interested in living in the wine regions of the Cape, such as Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Paarl and Franschhoek, but also in Hermanus and along the Garden Route.

Our main focus are clients who seek a life-style change, are taking advantage of the beautiful scenery, good weather and friendly people. Early retirement, a second home, sports & outdoor enthusiasts, food and wine lovers as well as investors in the tourism & hospitality industry are at the heart of our business.
